No. Book by phone or online with zero upfront payment. Pay on the day, by the hour.
+Is there a minimum booking?
Yes — most jobs have a 2-hour minimum, charged in 15-minute increments after that.
+What's included in the hourly rate?
Two movers, a fully-kitted truck, blankets, shrink-wrap, straps, trolleys and basic disassembly.
+Do you work weekends and public holidays?
Yes — 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm. Weekend rates may vary slightly during peak periods.
+Am I insured if something breaks?
$10 million public liability cover is standard on every job. Full transit insurance is available and recommended for high-value moves.
+What can't you move?
We don't move hazardous chemicals, live plants interstate, cash, jewellery or firearms. Ask on the quote call if unsure.
