Labour is charged at our standard hourly rates ($140 / $160 / $180 / $200 per hour for 4t / 6t / 8t / 10t trucks, 2 movers included). Tip and recycling fees vary by item type, load size and the closest facility to your suburb, and are passed through at cost. We confirm the disposal-fee estimate with you before loading. All prices exclude GST.

+How are disposal fees calculated?
Council transfer stations and recyclers charge by weight, volume or item type — mattresses, whitegoods, e-waste and general waste all attract different gate fees. We pass the tip receipt through at cost so you only pay what we're charged.
+Why do prices vary by suburb?
Gate fees at the nearest transfer station or recycling centre are set by the local council, so a load taken to one facility may cost more than the same load at another. We route to the closest, most cost-effective facility for your pickup suburb.
+Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — our standard 2-hour minimum on labour applies, plus any tip fees. For small single-item pickups, ask about our flat-rate options.
+Can you do same-day rubbish removal?
Often, yes — call before 10am and we'll usually fit you in the same day, subject to crew availability.
+What won't you take?
We can't take asbestos, hazardous chemicals, liquids, tyres, paint or building rubble. Everything else is generally fine — ask if you're unsure.
+Can I combine a move with a rubbish clearance?
Absolutely — it's often the cheapest option because the crew and truck are already on-site. We'll quote both on the same call.
+Do you recycle or does everything go to landfill?
Reusable furniture goes to donation partners where possible, whitegoods and e-waste go to dedicated recyclers, and only what genuinely can't be reused goes to the tip.
